Method
Mix the punch base
- In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the fresh peach puree, guava nectar, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup, then stir until fully blended.
- Add the lemonade and stir to combine, keeping the mixture uniform in color.
Chill
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until well chilled, with a cool, steady temperature throughout.
Finish and serve
- Just before serving, add the sparkling water or ginger ale and stir gently so bubbles stay active.
- Add ice to the bowl and garnish with sliced peaches, guava slices, and lemon rounds so they’re visible on top.
- Taste the punch and adjust sweetness with more simple syrup if needed, then stir again briefly to distribute.
Notes
For the clearest punch color, blend the peaches until smooth before measuring, then chill the base thoroughly so it tastes balanced when diluted by ice. Refrigerate leftovers in a covered pitcher for up to 2 days (add sparkling water only when ready to serve, not before storing). Freezing isn’t recommended because the texture can turn watery after thawing. If you want a lighter option, use diet lemonade and keep the guava nectar to taste for a lower-sugar punch.
