Ingredients

Moscato wine
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) Moscato wine
Peach flavor
  • 0.5 cup peach schnapps or peach nectar Use either peach schnapps for extra peachy sweetness or peach nectar for a lighter profile.
Fruit and citrus
  • 2 cup fresh peach slices
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 lemon Thinly slice for the sangria base.
Optional alcohol
  • 0.25 cup brandy (optional) Optional—adds warmth and depth.
Bubbly top-up
  • 2 cup sparkling water or lemon-lime soda Top just before serving to keep it fizzy.
Garnish
  • 0.25 fresh mint for garnish Use fresh mint leaves for garnish at serving.

Equipment

  • 1 large pitcher

Method

Build the sangria base
  1. In a large pitcher, combine the Moscato wine, peach schnapps (or peach nectar), sliced fresh peaches, raspberries, and thinly sliced lemon.
  2. If using, pour in the brandy and stir gently to avoid crushing the berries and peaches.
Chill to meld flavors
  1. Refrigerate the pitcher for at least 4 hours or overnight so the fruit flavor disperses through the wine.
Finish and serve
  1. Just before serving, add the sparkling water (or lemon-lime soda) and stir gently.
  2. Pour over ice-filled glasses, making sure fruit gets into each glass.
  3. Garnish each glass with fresh mint and serve immediately.

Notes

Pro tip: Keep sparkling water or lemon-lime soda separate until right before serving so you get visible bubbles in the pitcher. Store covered in the refrigerator up to 2 days (best within 24 hours); do not freeze—sparkling and fruit texture won’t hold up well. For a lighter option, replace the peach schnapps with peach nectar and use less total sweetener while keeping the chilled fruit-and-wine base the same.
